Uses for the Cellometer Auto T4 Automated Cell Counter

The Cellometer Auto T4 Automated CellCounter is designed to improve accuracy, repeatability, and throughput as compared to manual cell counting with a hemacytometer. It uses brightfield microscopy images to analyze cell samples to determine cell concentration and trypan blue viability.

It provides a rapid and cost-effective method for concentration and viability measurement of PBMC’s, while using less than 20 microliters of sample. Residual red blood cell concentrations do not influence PBMC concentration and viability measurement.

The Cellometer Auto Cell Counter is best suited for capturing and storing cell images, total cell concentration for highly viable cell population, live cell concentration and viability using trypan blue, cell size measurement, and identifying and capturing cells based on cell size difference
