Due to high demand, a second LCI microscope stage-top environmental chamber for live cell imaging and time-lapse studies is available. These chambers can accept 30 mm coverglass bottom culture dishes (imaging dishes) or multi-well coverglass chambers.

The chambers are portable and can be fitted on most of inverted microscopes available at the resource. They provide stable temperature and/or CO2, and they allow extended imaging for several days. The system is compatible with most imaging modes (phase contrast, fluorescence) and high resolution objectives for high-quality, time-lapse imaging of living cells.
