Nov 15 - Basic Training in In Vitro Imaging

Perkin Elmer will provide basic training in fluorescence/bioluminescence imaging in mice using the IVIS Spectrum equipment housed in Comparative Medicine.  Topics that will be covered include:

  • Introduction to the IVIS hardware
  • Introduction to the IVIS control software and tools
  • Basic imaging concepts and rules for establishing a “healthy” signal

The training will occur on Nov 15 from 9-10:30 AM in B1-076, with a hands-on session immediately afterwards.
