With our deepest respect, and in fond tribute, the Arnold Library announces the creation of an online, full-text repository of Dr. E. Donnall Thomas’ scholarly works.

Dottie Thomas and staff in the Clinical Research Division made this all possible; tirelessly collecting Dr. Thomas’ papers for decades, meticulously preserving them in plastic sleeves, accumulating a giant set of binders.

Building on this effort, Center librarians have spent several years carefully digitizing this curated collection of Dr. Thomas’ more than 1,000 scholarly papers and book chapters.  That scanning work is now nearly complete, and we have begun loading each paper into our intranet, full-text repository known as “Scholars”.  Thanks to our Copyright Clearance Center license, we can share these works internally with the entire FHCRC community.
