Introducing ILLiad - the Library's New Interlibrary Loan (ILL) and Document Delivery System

The Arnold Library is pleased to introduce its new Interlibrary Loan (ILL) and Document Delivery management system, called ILLiad. You’ll still receive the great service and fast turnaround you’ve come to rely on, but our new system will streamline our service and provide additional benefits to you, including:

  • New forms to request articles, books and other types of material. You can even order an article with just a PMID!
  • No need to fill in your contact information for every request, the system will do that for you – just login with your Hutchnet ID and password and the system fills in the rest!
  • Track the statuses of all your requests
  • Access PDFs of articles you’ve ordered
  • Request renewals for books we’ve borrowed from other libraries on your behalf
  • View your complete request history

ILLiad is the first Library system that allows you to login with your Hutchnet ID and password, but it won’t be the last. We are in the process of switching all our library accounts to use Hutchnet ID, stay tuned for more news in the coming weeks.

For more information about ILLiad and how to use it, including screenshots, see our LibGuide: Interlibrary Loan & Document Delivery via the Arnold Library. Contact the Library at x4314 or if you have any questions, or need help using ILLiad.
