Dr. Yuko Ogata Joins the Proteomics Shared Resource

We are very pleased to announce that Dr. Yuko Ogata recently joined the resource as a staff scientist.  Yuko received her doctoral degree from the University of Washington with Frank Turecek and completed post-doctoral fellowships at the University of Washington with Erkang Fan and at the Mayo Clinic with David Muddiman. 

Most recently, Yuko managed the proteomics core facility at Seattle Biomedical Research Institute.  Yuko has 10+ years of experience in analyzing proteins by mass spectrometry and she is well versed in sample preparation techniques.  Do not hesitate to contact Yuko for assistance with designing and implementing experiments or for assistance with analyzing data and interpreting results.
