Wednesday 09/13/2017
A multiplexed immunohistochemistry (mIHC) service has been added to our menu of services in Experimental Histopathology. These assays allow visualization of up to 6 antibodies or antibody cocktails plus a nuclear stain, utilizing fluorescent tyramide substrates (e.g. Perkin-Elmer Opal reagents), followed by imaging and spectral deconvolution.
Please see our website for the current menu of antibodies. We will continue to develop additional mIHC assays, and the website will be updated to reflect these new additions New antibodies can be worked-up at the Investigator’s request, but will include an mIHC "new antibody" surcharge.
We would like to thank the IIRC for their support in catalyzing the development of this new Experimental Histopathology service!
