Molecular Epidemiology

The Molecular Epidemiology lab supports Fred Hutch faculty, as well as their collaborators at other institutions by generating critical lab data, developing and validating molecular assays, performing feasibility studies, and maximizing access to Fred Hutch Shared Resources. The laboratory specializes in three major service areas: custom genotyping/gene expression assays, tumor molecular profiling, and molecular assay development. We also provide biospecimen management logistics and can pilot new technologies.
